Hello, I'm Olivia.

I am committed to helping people find effective ways to live well, whatever their circumstances, using compassionate, creative and evidence-based approaches to health and wellbeing.

I have a longstanding interest and expertise in helping people cope with health issues, including in the areas of body image, cancer, chronic conditions (e.g. pain, fatigue) as well as anxiety and post-traumatic stress reactions.

I also offer coaching (e.g. around work-related issues) as well as clinical supervision and training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to a range of professionals. I am a founding member of the ACT Centre for Wellbeing (ACW), which aims to deliver the highest quality therapeutic and training services based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in the South West of England and beyond.

I am a chartered Consultant Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Division of Clinical Psychology within the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I am on the BPS  Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAAPS).

You can find more information about my approach and how I can help you on this site.
